VNI plans to hike chartered capital to 135.6b dong


Vietnam Land Investment Joint Stock Co (coded VNI) announced to raise chartered capital by additional 30 billion dong to 135.6 billion dong in order to prepare for carrying out some large projects in 2011.



At the same time, the company’s management board also submitted the 2011 business plan with total revenue of 25 billion dong and after tax profit of 1 billion dong.



Last year, VNI reported gaining net revenue of 25.439 billion dong and after tax profit of 1.808 billion dong. Up to December 31, 2010, the company’s ownership capital was posted at 109.339 billion dong.



After March 17 session, VNI share price was posted at 11,500 dong per share, standing still for three consecutive sessions.
