Viettel has 50m mobile phone subscribers

Viettel, the country’s largest telecoms service provider, said it now has more than 50 million mobile phone subscribers.

Four months ago, Viettel launched its Iphone 3G, which offers users high speed internet access and better entertainment functions such as Imuzik.

By the end of this month, Viettel said it expected to have 14.3 million subscribers using its Imuzik service.
