Vietnamese Sugpo Prawn Shrimp Priced up in New York Market

Prices of Vietnamese sugpo-prawn shrimps increased sharply in New York market thanks to high demand.

U.S. Likely to Remove Anti-dumping Tax on Vietnamese Frozen Shrimp

The shrimp is traded at US$6.15 a pounce of U15, up by US$0.95/pounce from last week while prices of shrimps of U16-20 increased by US$0.2/pounce to US$6.6/pounce.

Meanwhile prices of shrimps offered by other countries from Central and Latin American region decreased by US$0.15-US$0.25/pounce.

Experts forecast that the U.S. market’s demand for white-leg shrimp, the Information Center for Agriculture and Rural Development reported. (agro.gov.vn)
