Vietnam expected to import six tons of gold this month

Vietnam is expected to import six tons of gold this month following the government’s recent decision to import gold to stabilize domestic price, according to the information center of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on Monday.

So far this month, three Vietnamese commercial banks namely Saigon Thuong Tin, Asia Commercial Bank and Vietnam Export Import Bank has imported 1.5 tons of gold, said the center.
