VALC hands over additional airplane for Vietnam Airlines

Vietnam Aircraft Leasing Joint Stock Co (VALC) has received another ATR72-500 airplane bearing Vietnamese nationality code of VN-B236 on June 4, 2010. The plane was manufactured by Avion de Transport Régional (ATR) in France.

As planned, the new ATR72-500 will depart Toulouse City, France to Cyprus, then the United Arab Emirates (UAE), India and finally to Hanoi-based Noi Bai International Airport at 21:00 on June 9, 2010 for being handed over to Vietnam Airlines.

Up to now, VALC has received and leased successfully two among five ATR72-500 airplanes to Vietnam Airlines Corp so far.
