According to VASEP General Secretary, Mr. Truong Dinh Hoe, the average anti-dumping tax rate of 29 Vietnamese prawn exporters has actually been reduced to 2.5% from the previous review of 4.57%.

Among exporters, Minh Phu Seafood Company has the highest rate of 3.27%, and Nha Trang Seafoods Company has the lowest of 2.5%.

Mr. Ngo Van Ich , Director of Nha Trang Seafoods expected that with the reduction rate of 2.07% after two reviews of the US Department of Commerce, the rate may be at its lowest of zero once the US makes final decision.”
