US to impose antidumping tax on bags

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) is expected to impose antidumping duties on imports of plastic bags from Viet Nam, Taiwan and Indonesia before the end of May.

Plastic bag producers in Viet Nam said they planned to stop exporting carrier bags to the US and seek alternative export markets.
