Urban area development firm plans to raise chartered capital to 656b dong


Tu Liem Urban Development Joint Stock Co (coded NTL) planned to hold the annual shareholders meeting on March 26, 2011. At the meeting, the management board will seek approval among the shareholders for raising the chartered capital from 328 billion dong to 656 billion dong via issuing additional shares.



In 2011, the company planned to reach targeted pre-tax profit of 700 billion dong.



This year, the company expected to gain revenue from selling the land plots for villas in the North National Highway No 32 project. At present, the market price for each square metre of land plot in this project ranges from 42-45 million dong.



Recently, the company has registered for purchasing 677,210 fund shares, from now until March 25.
