UK Companies from Staffordshire Visiting Vietnam

The Staffordshire International Trade Team of UK Trade & Investment, based in Staffordshire, is pleased to be leading a trade delegation of businesses from the region to Vietnam. The delegation will be in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi from November 30 to December 4, 2009.

Bill Almen, UK Trade & Investment International Trade Adviser from the region, is leading the delegation of companies in the ceramics and construction sectors to visit Vietnam. All of the delegates are keen to establish business relationships with Vietnamese companies.

The UK companies joining the mission include:

Dragon Kilns: a leading supplier of kilns and ceramic plant. The company also supplies experienced installation and commissioning engineers who are located around the world.

E.J. Payne Ltd: offers a range of quality control instruments and laboratory equipment and ceramic testing instruments. The company has many years experience in supplying equipment world-wide, and have most of the famous names in the industry as customers.

Hygan Products Limited (HPL): innovative designer & manufacturer of flexible foam products for ceramics mould making (sponges, tools & brushes, soaps & liquids, plastic sundries and other items); ceramics decorating and gloss (de-glazing belts & mats, tools, brushes, knives & squeegees, essential oils & liquids, wheels, plastic sundries & other items).

SnagR Ltd: specialises in web based software for the construction industry. SnagR software uses the latest technology to record, publish, audit and control site activities for projects of any type from power stations to skyscrapers and residential developments.

TailorMade Software Ltd: a leading supplier of construction management software for building, fire, health and safety, distribution of work and building condition surveys.

The companies will meet with local trade promotion organisations such as VCCI, ITPC and local companies in the ceramics and construction sector. (British Consulate General in HCM City)
