Two Chinese contractors to carry out works on Upper Kon Tum hydro plant

Vinh Son-Song Hinh Hydropower Joint Stock Co (coded VSH) has approved to carry out the bidding packages for designing and construction for channel No 2 of Upper Kon Tum Hydropo plant according to a resolution passed by an extraordinary shareholders meeting held recently.

VSH has already assigned two Chinese firms to carry out the two packages worth 1.137 trillion dong and $25 million in earliest time.

In the first nine months of 2010, the hydropower firm estimated gaining total revenue of 373.8 billion dong and pre-tax profit of 213 billion dong. – Vietstock
