Tribeco suffers loss of 7b dong in Q4 of 2010


Saigon Beverage Joint Stock Co (Tribeco – coded TRI) has lately released the business results in Q4 and whole year.



In Q4, the company reported gaining net revenue of 182.3 billion dong, increasing by 22 billion dong against the same period last year. After deducting the costs, the company suffered pre-tax loss of about 7 billion dong.



Accumulatively, TRI posted total revenue of 677.93 billion dong in 2010, an increase of 100 billion dong in comparison with that of 2009.



However, the combined profit declined from 115 billion dong to 93.5 billion dong due to increasing principal sale cost.



Tribeco gained total financial revenue of 85.3 billion dong, mainly from withdrawing capital from the subsidiaries and associates in Q3.



After deducting the costs, TRI posted gaining pre-tax profit of 1.9 billion dong and after tax profit of the parent company of 3.6 billion.



In 2008 and 2009, the company suffered from loss of 143.7 billion dong 82.3 billion dong respectively.
