TNG completes issuing 4.77m shares


The northern bourse-listed TNG Investment and Trading Joint Stock Co (coded TNG) announced to finish issuing 4,773,775 shares in order to raise chartered capital from 80.69 billion dong to 134.62 billion dong.



In details, the company has already offered 4,343,775 shares for existing shareholders with applied ratio of 2:1 and offered price of 13,000 dong per share. At the same time, the company offered 430,000 shares for the company’s managing staff at 10,000 dong per share.



The raised capital will be used for making investment in Phu Binh garment factory and some new projects, as well as supplementing working capital.
