Thien Minh Tourism Co purchases Victoria hotel chain


Thien Minh Tourism Joint Stock Co announced to finish purchasing the chain of five hotels bearing the trade mark of Victoria in Vietnam from Hong Kong-based EEM Victoria Co, under France’s EEM Victoria Group) valued at $45 million. At the same time, the company also won the contract for managing the Victoria Angkor Resort & Spa Complex in Cambodia after purchasing the two managing enterprises from the partner.



Thien Minh Tourism Co mainly operates in tourism, travelling services with chartered capital of 500 billion dong, of which International Financial Co (IFC) contributes $12 million. This year, the company targeted to reach total revenue of 1 trillion dong, of which the company’s chain of hotels contributes 10-15 percent of the total revenue.
