Tan Cang Logistics gains 47.33b dong of profit in first six months

Tan Cang Logistics and Stevedoring Joint Stock Co (coded TCL) has recently released its parent company’s business results in April-June. In details, the company posted Q2 revenue of 130.66 billion dong, up 40.26 percent against the same period of last year; while combined profit from sales and services of 34.93 billion dong, a year-on-year increase of 54.46 percent.

Meanwhile, the company’s revenue from financial activities was estimated at 613 million dong, declining by 390 million dong against Q2 of 2009 of 1.02 billion dong.

TCL reported gaining 26.23 billion dong of Q2 after tax profit, up 57.03 percent.

Therefore, the accumulative after tax profit in the first six months was posted at 47.33 billion dong. This year, the company targeted gaining combined after tax profit of 89 billion dong. – Vietstock
