Swiss-Belhotel International signs five star resort in Vietnam

Swiss-Belhotel International is pleased to announce the signing of the management of an international five star resort, Swiss-Belresort Blue Sapphire Vung Tau, Vietnam.

Swiss-Belhotel International is pleased to announce the signing of the management of an international five star resort, Swiss-Belresort Blue Sapphire Vung Tau, Vietnam.

Gavin M. Faull, Swiss-Belhotel International President and Chairman, signed the agreement with Mr. Dao Duc Nghia, Chairman of Cotecland on 11 September 2010.

Located four kilometres from the city centre, the project will cover 77,000 square metres on the D5 Street next to Chi Linh Cua Lap beach. This will be a five-star resort with a 15-storey hotel, international convention centre, restaurants, villas and bungalows.

Under general planning of Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province until 2020, the resort will be next to the administrative, commercial and service centre of the city.

In the spirit of the occasion, Gavin M. Faull commented, “Vietnam is one of our group’s priority in terms of development and expansion. Having Swiss-Belresort Blue Sapphire Vung Tau in our growing portfolio of properties affirms our vision of hitting 10 hotels and resorts in the region by year 2011.”
