SVIC targets to achieve 2010 revenue of 306b dong

SHB-Vinacomin Insurance Joint Stock Co (SVIC) has reached 2010 targeted revenue of 306 billion dong, in which revenue from insurance premium counted for 250 billion dong, reinsurance revenue of 8 billion dong, revenue from financial activities of 48 billion dong. The insurance provider targeted to gain pre-tax profit of 27 billion dong and dividend payment of 6 percent.

This year was considered to play the key role in realising the company’s five-year general plan with targeted insurance premium of 250 billion dong, increasing by 175.4 percent year-on-year.

In order to realise the fore-mentioned business goal, SVIC planned to launch new insurance products to meet the demands of coal industry.
