Steel structure manufacturer plans to increase chartered capital to 50b dong

Hoang Viet Trung, vice director of Vneco Steel Structure Manufacturing Joint Stock Co (coded SSM) announced that the company was completing the profile applying for increasing chartered capital from current 29 billion dong to 50 billion dong via issuing additional shares in July 2010.

As planned, 95 percent of the additional shares will be issued to existing shareholders at offered price of 15,000 dong per share, the rest for current employees at 16,000 dong per share.

The company’s main purpose of the share-issuance was to improve the financial capacity, and purchase machines and equipment for launching new products.
