Steel prices fall again

The prices of steel decreased by VND200,000-300,000 per tonne at the end of April.

The drop is attributed to the government’s decision to curb inflation by cutting down public investment and stopping unnecessary projects.

It is expected that steel prices will remain stable in May because the Ministry of Finance will strengthen its supervision of the prices and tax. – VOV
