Song Da Transportation JSC issues additional 2.5m shares to raise capital


The northern bourse-listed Song Da Transportation Construction Joint Stock Co (coded SKS) has approved for issuing additional shares to raise chartered capital to 70 billion dong.



In details, the shareholders passed the plan of issuing additional 2.5 million shares to hike capital from 45 billion dong to 70 billion dong, of which 2,295,000 shares will be offered for existing shareholders under ratio of 100:51 at 10,000 dong per share; and 205,000 shares for current employees.



The company planned to use the raised-capital for making investment on machines and equipment (18.5 billion dong), supplementing working capital (6.5 billion dong) for business activities.



In 2011, SKS aimed to obtain total production output of 180 billion dong, increasing by 17 percent year-on-year, total revenue of 168 billion dong, up 134 percent and pre-tax profit of 17.8 billion dong. The company expected to pay dividend at 18 percent.
