Song Da 6 JSC targets 26pct profit growth in 2011


Song Da 6 Joint Stock Co (SD6) has recently said that it would organise the annual shareholders’ meeting on March 26 to pass this year’s business plan with 811.2 billion dong of total production output, rising 11.6 percent from 2010′s, 48.5 billion dong of pre tax profit, a year-on-year rise of 25.8 percent and dividend payment at 15 percent.



Ending 2010, SD6 reported gaining 671.3 billion dong revenue, equalling to 113 percent of the year’s plan, pre tax profit at 38.55 billion dong or 115 percent of the year’s target, equivalent to the ratio of profit on revenue at 5.74 percent.



SD6 also plans to pay 2010 dividend at 15 percent to the existing shareholders.



In 2011, the company targets to reach total business and production value of 811.17 billion dong, revenue at 749.2 billion dong, pre tax profit at 48.5 billion dong, after tax profit at 42.77 billion dong and 15 percent dividend payout.



Also in 2011, SD6 set a side of 293.3 billion dong to invest in projects and improve the equipments, of which, 65 billion dong for projects, 118.65 billion dong for machineries and 110.3 billion dong to invest in other enterprises.



Reportedly, SD6′s annual shareholders’ meeting 2011 will be taken place at 8:00am, March 24, 2011 at the company’s headquarters, TM Building, Van Khe urban zone, La Khe ward, Ha Dong district, Hanoi.
