SME raises chartered capital to 400b dong


SME Securities Co planned to hold the annual shareholders meeting on March 19, 2011 to seek approval among the shareholders about such plans as issuing additional shares to raise chartered capital to 400 billion dong, issuing convertible bonds, allocating the company’s 2010 profit.



The company planned to hike chartered capital to 400 billion dong in order to supplement the underwriting services, strengthening the investment activities and restructuring the company’s capital sources, raising the financial and competition capacity.



The company will issue additional shares public in Q2 of 2011 for offering to existing shareholders, current employees and strategic partners.
