Slovenia seeks to bolster ties with Vietnam

Slovenia wished that its relationship with Vietnam would be further boosted to meet the potential of the two countries, President Danilo Turk said.

The President of Slovenia made this statement while receiving newly accredited Vietnamese Ambassador Nguyen Thiep in Ljubljana recently.

He expressed his admiration for Vietnam’s high economic growth rate and asked the two sides to expand their trade and strengthen political relations by increasing the exchange of high-level visits and facilitating enterprises to do business in each country.

Ambassador Thiep affirmed that the Vietnamese government and people wished to expand bilateral cooperation, firstly exchanges in economics trade and the strong fields of Slovenia, including renewable energy, information technology and tourism.  - Vietnam+
