Skyscraper BFT to get professional property management

Bitexco Group last week signed a contract with Global CyberSoft (Vietnam) and BayanTrade (Philippines) to apply professional property management called SAP enterprise resource planning (ERP) to the skyscraper Bitexco Financial Tower (BFT) in downtown HCM City.

The group says this ERP project, worth $900,000, aims to set up complete integration of the internal functions and external infrastructure for the structure, which is developed applying “smart building” system for construction.

The ERP project modules include financial and accounting, real estate sales, real estate management, plant management and document management system. All modules are customised to maximise the effectiveness of the tower’s functional operations.

The 68-storey BFT building is expected to put into service in mid-October this year with sections for Grade A office spaces, malls and restaurants and a convention centre. Besides, the building is designed with an area for city landscape sightseeing and a helicopter landing pad. – Saigon Times
