Sheraton Hanoi Hotel Wins Environmental Excellence Award

The Ministry of Industry and Trade recently awarded the Sheraton Hanoi Hotel for its environmental excellence. In achieving the prestigious award, Sheraton Hanoi Hotel committed to benchmarking its energy and water consumption, total waste production and community commitment along with implementing an integrated environmental and social policy.

Managed by Starwood Hotels & Resorts Inc, Sheraton Hanoi Hotel is one of the first international hotels to introduce the innovative environmental technology for saving energy in Vietnam. Additional cost does not deter the Hotel management from “Going Green for Guests”. The hotel is constantly looking to improve on its already succinct eco-friendly processes and encourage guests to support the initiatives as well.
