SD2 to hike chartered capital to 170b dong


Nguyen Van Manh, vice general director of Song Da Joint Stock Co No 2 (coded SD2) announced to hold the annual shareholders meeting on March 25, 2011. The company aimed to obtain total revenue of about 410 billion dong and profit of 32-34 billion dong this year. SD2 also expected to pay dividend at 16 percent.



Manh added that the company planned to raise chartered capital from 120 billion dong to 170 billion dong by issuing additional 5 million shares.



Apart from Ho Xuong Rong urban area project, the company would carry out other projects such as Hoa Binh semi-detached houses, and Phu Luong housing complex in Ha Dong Dist, Hanoi.
