Sara group’s audited after tax profit down 69.17pct


Sara Group Joint Stock Co (SRB) has recently announced its audited business results in 2010 with after tax profit at 1.415 billion dong, falling 69.17 percent against 3.714 billion dong before the audit.



Meanwhile, the corporate management costs increased 487 million dong.



In addition, the auditing agency also said that due to the limit in the auditing range on spending on backup fund for long term investments, accounts receivable, payable till December 31, 2009, along with the inconsistencies in accounting treatment on revenue in the training cooperation MBA with Frederick Taylor University, therefore, the company’s revenue in 2010 was lower 943 million dong than the real revenue.
