Saigon Investment to build marina

Saigon Investment Company plans to build a marina in Hon Rom Bay in Phan Thiet resort area, central Binh Thuan Province, its chief announced yesterday.

The 400-m pier would cost an estimated VND40 billion (US$1.9 million), its chairman, Duong Van Phuc, said at the opening of the International Sailing Festival in Binh Thuan Province. A five-star resort and more than 350 villas and apartments for sale would come up at the 196-ha Sunny Villa Project.
