Rubber firm reports gaining 2009 profit of 8.7b dong

Ben Thanh Rubber Joint Stock Co lately reported earning 2009 revenue from sales and services of 79.925 billion dong, up 47.95 percent against 2008 and profit after tax of 8.704 billion dong, up 11.66 percent year-on-year.

In 2010, the company targets to reach total revenue of 85 billion dong and pre-tax profit of 11.2 billion dong. The company has chartered capital of 75 billion dong, in which Vietnam Rubber Industry Group holds 37.14 percent of total shares.

The company is located in Plot B3-1, Northwest Cu Chi Industrial Park, HCM City.
