Rubber firm pays 30pct dividend

The Southern Rubber Industrial Joint Stock Co (coded CSM) announced to close the shareholders list on June 15 for 2009 second phase dividend payment for existing shareholders. The ex-dividend session would be June 11, 2010.

In details, the company will issue 9.75 million shares for dividend payout at ratio of 10:3 or each shareholder who owns 10 old shares will receive three new shares.

The newly-issued shares will officially be listed and traded in the stock market from July 15, 2010.

The shareholders will register for receiving the paid dividend at the securities companies where they opened their stock accounts or CSM’s head office at No 180 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai St, Ward 6, Dist 3, HCM City.
