Rolls-Royce expands operation activities

The UK-based Rolls-Royce Group announced to have already purchased Norwegian ODIM ASA firm. Therefore, in Vietnam, Rolls-Royce will become the legal owner of ODIM’s assembly and testing facility in Ba Ria-Vung Tau province that is located in an area of 12,000 square metres with total value of $20 million.

Rolls-Royce operates in the energy system field, specifying in providing integrated shipping equipment for offshore service vessels, including ship designing works.

ODIM offers high-tech integrated equipment and operation solutions in automated unloading industry.
