Rice and sugar prices increase by VND1,000/Kg

Ho Chi Minh City Market Control Department said that the prices of sugar and rice have recently continued to increase, the online newspaper Nguoilaodong reported on September 13.

In detail, the retail prices of sugar were between VND21,000/kg-VND22,000/kg, up VND1,000/kg.

White ordinary rice and white perfumed rice was sold at VND10,000/kg and VND14,000/kg, increasing VND1,000/kg.

Sticky rice increased at VND166,500/kg, up VND500/kg. – Stoxplus
