PV2 raises chartered capital to 500b dong


The northern bourse-listed PVI Investment & Development Joint Stock Co (coded PV2) planned to raise chartered capital from 373.5 billion dong to 500 billion dong in 2011. The company will seek for approval among the shareholders about this plan in the coming annual shareholders meeting.



In 2010, PV2 reported gaining net revenue of 128.5 billion dong, after tax profit of 29 billion dong. Previously, the company officially made debut session for listing 18,250,708 shares on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) on December 16, 2010.



The annual shareholders meeting was expected to take place at 8:00 AM on April 7, 2010 at the International Press Conference Centre, No 11 Le Hong Phong St, Ba Dinh Dist, Hanoi.
