Power supplier invests over 206b dong in Khanh Hoa grid

The southern bourse-listed Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Co (coded KHP) has lately announced the report of using the capital source from the share-issuance period of 20,661,228 shares held previously.

In details, KHP has already distributed the afore-mentioned shares to 3,357 purchasers at price of 10,000 dong per share, in which 97,200 shares were offered to current employees; 20,462,757 shares to the existing shareholders and 101,271 shares to the strategic shareholder of Electricity of Vietnam (EVN) Group.

After the issuance, KHP reported gaining over 206.06 billion dong. The company spent all the raised capital for the 110KV-grid that EVN Group transferred to the power supplier from January 01, 2008.

In details, the company paid one part of loans of 101.67 billion dong and the sales price of 104.93 billion dong as mentioned in the signed contract to EVN.
