PNT aims to reach total profit of 25.8b dong in 2011

Phu Nhuan Technical Construction Joint Stock Co (PNT) has announced to hold the annual shareholders meeting on April 9 in Tan Son Nhat Hotel, at No 198-200 Hoang Van Thu St, Ward 9, Phu Nhuan Dist, HCM City.



At the meeting, the company will seek approval from the shareholders about 2011 business plan with targeted revenue of 188.22 billion dong, after tax profit of 25.8 billion dong and dividend payment of 20 percent.



The audited financial reports in 2010 showed that PNT gained 163.69 billion dong in net revenue, declining by 24.51 percent against that of previous year, after tax profit of27.44 billion dong, down 26.61 percent, equivalent to EPS of 5,532 dong.



In December, the company got approval from Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) for listing 5,542,590 shares on UPCoM under the share code of PNT.
