Pepsico invests $30m plant in south

Pepsico on May 22 officially inaugurated a new plant in the southern province of Can Tho.

With four modern lines, the plant is one of Pepsico’s five beverage production facilities in Vietnam.

The plant will use about 300 direct workers and about 1,000 others for Pepsico’s system.

During six months of trial run, Pepsico has paid over 20 billion dong for taxes.
