Over 4.880tr dong social housing project for Binh Duong

Becamex IDC is preparing to start work on the first-phase social housing construction project in Ben Cat Dist, Thu Dau Mot and Thuan An townships by this month end, the General Director Nguyen Ban Hung said.
In this phase, the project will be built on 44.4 hectares equalling to19, 462 apartments with total estimated capital of 4.880 trillion dong.

Under the orientation of the Binh Duong provincial People’s Committee, Becamex IDC was assigned to carry out the social housing project in three aforementioned areas of Ben Cat Dist and Tan Uyen Dist with total area of 130 hectares, total floor area for construction at 2.7 million sqm of 64,700 apartments to meet demand of 167,000 residents.

Total estimated cost for the construction in 2011-2015 is 10.830 trillion dong. – Vietbiz24
