Nearly 30.000 guest workers sent abroad in first four months

Vietnam has sent 10,028 labourers to work abroad in April, bringing the total number of Vietnamese guest workers to almost 30,000 in the first four months of this year.
According to the Overseas Labour Management Department under the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, they include 4,562 in the Republic of Korea, 3,194 in Taiwan, 763 in Malaysia, 588 in Japan, 272 in Laos, 168 workers in the United Arabia Emirates – UAE, 163 in Macau, 152 in Cambodia, 112 in Saudi Arabia, and 54 in other markets. – VOV
