Mekong Capital invests $3.4m in ACC


Mekong Enterprise Fund II, under the management of Mekong Capital Fund has recently signed cooperation contract with Asian Chemicals Joint Stock Co (ACC) with total investment value of $3.4 million.



Nguyen Thien Truc, ACC’s general director stated that apart from the added value that Mekong Capital has brought in for ACC, the two parties would focus on realising the ACC 2015 vision. The company aimed to become one of the three leading distributors in chemicals and raw materials in Vietnam.



Mekong Enterprise Fund II was the affiliate under Mekong Capital Fund, focusing on making investments on unlisted firms in Vietnam. Up to now, the fund has made 10 investment projects and withdrawn capital in two companies then.
