Matrix Golf Trophy Series 2010 to Start in June

Matrix Golf Trophy Series, one more golf tournament with large scale and high professionalism for Vietnam golfers, will officially start at Vietnam Golf & Country Club on June 11, 2010.

The event aims to response golfers’ demand of high-professionalism competition in Vietnam. It promises to become an annual tournament attracting lots of golfers with nationwide scale and regular competition format (two regional qualification rounds in the Northern and the Southern to select candidates for the final round).

Matrix Golf Trophy Series 2010 is expected the attendance of about 288 players with handicap from 0 to 24. It makes this tournament outstanding that, beside the divisions for golfer-men and golfer-ladies, there will be a division for the juniors at the age of 12 to 16 in order to create one more specific playground for them as well as to seek out and develop Vietnam’s young potential golf talents.

Matrix Golf Trophy Series is an annual tournament with nationwide scale and high professionalism by Phuc An Ngoc Viet Golf Co. Ltd (PAN Viet Golf). This year, Matrix Golf Trophy Series 2010 shall be organized with the cooperation and principal media sponsorship of T’com – Golf Today Magazine. The two regional qualification tournaments take place at Vietnam Golf & Country Club on June 11, 2010 (the Southern qualification round), and at Phoenix Golf & Resort on July 30, 2010 (the Northern). The final round then shall be at Danang Golf Club on the 26 and 27 of November 2010.
