LUT seeks approval for paying dividend in cash at 12pct


The northern bourse-listed Luong Tai Investment and Construction Joint Stock Co (coded LUT) announced to collect shareholders’ opinions in documents about paying 2009 dividend for the second round and advancing 2010 dividend in cash at ratio of 21 percent.



In details, LUT planned to pay second round of 2009 dividend in cash for existing shareholders at ratio of 4.5 percent or each shareholder who owns one share will receive 450 dong of dividend.



The company would advance 2010 dividend in cash at ratio of 16.5 percent or 1,650 dong per share.
