LOD Corp’s EPS posted at 14,539 dong

The Human Resource Development Corp (LOD Corp) has lately released the 2010 audited financial reports with total net revenue of 65.13 billion dong, a year-on-year increase of 8 percent, after tax profit of 26.46 billion dong, up 11 percent and EPS of 14,539 dong.



Last year, the company completed the share-issuance of 1.574 million shares in order to raise chartered capital from 15.75 billion dong to 31.49 billion dong. In Q2, the company planned to issue additional shares to hike chartered capital to 40 billion dong.



The annual shareholders meeting was supposed to be held at 8:00 on April 8, 2011 at the meeting hall on 10th floor, LOD Building at No 38 Nguyen Phong Sac (extended), Cau Giay Dist, Hanoi.
