Licogi 16.6 to double cap to 81b dong


Licogi 16.6 Joint Stock Co (coded LCS) has lately approved the 2011 business plan in its annual shareholders meeting with targeted revenue of 611 billion dong, after tax profit of 20.6 billion dong and dividend payment of 20 percent.



Bui Duong Hung, the company’s chair of management board revealed that the company was focusing on carrying out construction project of Ban Chat hydropower plant. LCS expected to earn total revenue of 468 billion dong from this project.



In the near future, Licogi 16.6 planned to raise chartered capital from 41 billion dong to 80 billion dong via issuing additional shares at offered price of 12,500 dong per share. The company will use raised capital for those potential projects such as making capital contribution to build the new concrete brick plant of 25.5 billion dong and for trading real estates in Hanoi with Licogi 16 Joint Stock Corp of 30 billion dong).
