Largest plastic pipe factory opens

Binh Minh Plastics Joint Stock Co launched the country’s largest high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic pipe production line in the northern province of Hung Yen last week.

Worth VND80 billion (US$3.9 million), the facility will churn out 10,000 tonnes of HDPE pipe each year and increase the company’s yearly capacity to 70,000 tonnes.
