Kien Giang to develop two more industrial complexes

The People’s Committee of Kien Giang province has decided to set up two new industrial complexes, namely Ha Giang Industrial Complex in Thuan Yen commune, Ha Tien Town, and Tan Thanh Industrial Complex in Tan Thanh commune, Tan Hiep district.

The 50-ha Ha Giang Industrial Complex is designed for industrial and handicraft production to create jobs for local people and contribute to the general development of Ha Tien town in the future. The complex will also house seafood processors and other industrial production facilities located in residential zones to limit environmental contamination.

The 50-ha Tan Thanh Industrial Complex is intended for food processing as it is located in paddy production areas. It is also designed for mechanical sectors. – VCCI
