Khahomex approves 2011 profit plan of 62b dong


Khanh Hoi Export-Import Joint Stock Co (coded KHA) held the annual shareholders meeting on April 2, 2011 to seek approval for 2011 business plan with whole-year net revenue of 210 billion dong, pre-tax profit of 62 billion dong and dividend rates of 15-20 percent.



In 2011, the company expected to gain total revenue of 165.6 billion dong from trading real estates and 22 billion dong from commercial services.



This year, the company will continue concentrating on current real estate project of Khahomex-Savico Tower with total investment capital of 416 billion dong, of which KHA holds 51 percent of the total capital. The construction work was expected to be completed in Q4.



In addition, the company will consider to carry out other new projects such as Titco Plaza with total chartered capital of 721 billion dong (KHA holds 30 percent of total capital) and to transfer the land plot of 5-hectares in the residential quarter project.
