KBE pays dividend at 20pct ratio


Kien Giang Book and Equipment Joint Stock Co (UPCoM-listed KBE) announced to close the shareholders list for paying 2010 dividend and holding annual shareholders meeting. Accordingly, March 16 would be ex-dividend session and March 18 of registration deadline.



KBE will pay dividend in cash at ratio of 20 percent, starting from April 1, 2011. The annual shareholders meeting was expected to take place on April 2, 2011.



In 2010, the company reported gaining net revenue of 90.26 billion dong, increasing by 12.38 percent against the previous year; and after tax profit of 3.09 billion dong, equalling to 90.62 percent of 2009.



At present, KBE has been listing shares on UPCoM with chartered capital of 12.31 billion dong.
