Investment licence granted for Thai Ha Bridge project

The prime minister has lately approved in principle for ministry of planning and investment to grant the investment licence for the construction project on Thai Ha Bridge crossing over the Red River, connecting two provinces of Thai Binh and Ha Nam with Cau Gie-Ninh Binh Expressway.

The main capital source for the project will be taken from government guaranteed bonds in 2011-2015 period and other legal capital sources.

Thai Binh province people’s committee revealed that the construction on Thai Ha Bridge will help link two provinces of Thai Binh, Ha Nam with Cau Gie expressway to finish the traffic road network in Thai Binh province and Red River Delta region, making contribution for the socio-economic development process in the local region.

The construction on Thai Ha Bridge was expected to last for 30 months, to be carried out by the Construction one-member Co Ltd No 1 as the main investor.
