InterContinental-Hanoi awarded int’l prize on green growth

The InterContinnental Hanoi Westlake (I.H.W) hotel has received the silver certification by Earthcheck, for its environmental friendly development.

The certification of Earthcheck, a world’s leading web-based provider of solutions for hospitality industry, is based on scientific index on the use of energy and water, gas emission and discharge of wastes.

It complies with the International Panel for Climate Change (IPCC) Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas Inventory, the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD) Greenhouse Gas Protocol, and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) range of standards for greenhouse gas accounting. – VOV
