Infrastructure developer targets profit of 397b dong in 2011


In the recent annual shareholders meeting, HCM City Technical Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Co (coded CII) approved about 2011 targeted business plan with total revenue of 780 billion dong, after tax profit of 397 billion dong and EPS of 5,285 dong. This year, the company also planned to pay dividend at 18 percent ratio.



In 2011, the company will carry out construction projects such as expanding Hanoi Highway, Interprovincial Highway No 25B and high-rise building at No 152 Dien Bien Phu St. As for the company’s restructuring plan for 2010-2015 period, CII planed to withdraw capital in some member companies that the company has majority holdings of 51 percent.
