Hydropower firm meets 48.23pct of capacity plan

Thac Ba Hydropower JSC (TBC) announced gaining 135 million kilowatts, meeting 48.23 percent of the year plan after nearly first eight months of this year.

Explaining the downtrend, the firm’s representative blamed for low water level at the beginning of this year – on – year and said improvement occurred on account of rains earlier this year.

The firm is presently negotiating electric price with Electricity of Vietnam (EVN). If the company gains better agreement of price, its revenue and profit is expected to reach higher amount this year.
